This information is provided to help you with your Prepaid Card's verification procedure.
To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, Federal law requires all financial institutions and their third parties to obtain, verify and record information that identifies each person who opens an account. What this means for you: When you open an account, we will ask for your name, address, date of birth and other information that will allow us to identify you. We may also ask to see your driver's license or other identifying documents.
A cardholder must be both registered and verified before the card holder can receive full use of the prepaid card. Full use includes the ability to reload the card, the ability to receive a PIN for ATM use, and the ability to hold a higher balance on the card.
Cardholders can be verified by providing the correct Social Security Number (SSN) at the time of registration. If the registration information including the SSN matches, the cardholder is verified and can receive full use of the prepaid card.
